Ashby Hospitality Group started as a single restaurant, Mcglynns Pub Polly Drummond, over 35 years ago by Founder Robert Ashby and his wife Sandy.  Today, the Ashby Hospitality Group consists of 5 restaurants a food truck and over 200 employees, with Bob Ashby’s son, Marc Ashby and long-time employee Jeremy Hughes now at the helm”
